Rotary International District 3211 consist of 132 clubs in 5 revenue District viz Kottayam,Alapuzha,Pathanamthitta,Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala.Rtn MPHF Dr.P.G Muraleedharan is the District Governor for the current Rotary year 2012-2013.He is the CEO and managing director of sun sure system India(p) Ltd,a software development company in Trivandrum
He was inducted into Rotary as a charter member of Rotary Club of Trivandrum mid-city in 1990.

He is a highly qualified and experienced Software professional with BTech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kerala University, Post Graduate Engineering Diploma in Computer Applications in Manufacturing and Management from Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Master Degree in Computer Engineering, and MBA Degree with specialization in Systems.
He has 36 years of experience in Electronics and Software industry, out of which more than fifteen years in Software Development. He has successfully implemented several new projects in Electronics, Software Development, Television Studios, Power Electronics Projects, Medical Equipment Manufacturing, Computer and Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, and Software Development. From April 2000 to April, 2009 he worked as Director and Vice President of XStream Software India (P) Ltd, Trivandrum, India, a fully owned Subsidiary of XStream Software, Canada.
INTERNATIONAL RYLA
"RYLA" programme is a very popular programme in RI District 3211.The first ever International RYLA Programme was organized in the District in May 2011, during the Governorship of PDG Scaria Jose Kattor. And Rtn.MPHF Dr.Christopher George was the Organizing Committee Chairman.

A Rotarian with more than 36 years of dedicated service in Rotary. He has organized several RYLA programs.
Faculty member of 4 international programme held in Ootty under the stewardship of past R.I Director Dr. P C Thomas.
He has served Rotarian International as counselor for the International RYLA Conventions held in San Antonio, Texas USA Barcelona in Spain, Brisbane in Australia. He was the organizing committee Chairman and pilot faculty of first ever International RYLA of RI District 3211 in May 2011
