Young people discuss issues of professional responsibility, human relations, leadership and communication skills. The Programme incorporates a range of plenary sessions, lectures and workshops as well as many indoor and outdoor team and skill building activities. Participants are empowered to step out of their comfort zones, challenge themselves and realize their potential.
